Chris Wright is Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Engineering at Red Hat. He leads a team that guides Red Hat’s technology vision, co-creates technologies, and collaboratively implements change to ensure the success of Red Hat’s ecosystem of associates, customers, communities, and partners. 

Wright’s organization includes: Office of the CTO, Ecosystem Engineering, Product Security, Global Engineering Associate Experience, Product Engineering, Experience Engineering, and Field CTO organization.

During his 25+ years as a software engineer, Wright has worked in the telecommunications industry and beyond on high-availability and distributed systems. He also has experience in the Linux® industry on security, virtualization, and networking. Wright has been a Linux developer for more than 15 years, with most of this time spent working deep in the Linux kernel. He is passionate about open source software serving as the foundation for next-generation IT systems.

Leigh Day is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Red Hat. Throughout her more than 20 years at Red Hat, she has held a variety of positions. Her earliest role was creating an online advertising revenue stream to help supplement business for Red Hat® Linux® (Red Hat’s original boxed product). She advanced into product management and product marketing for Red Hat Linux and then moved into a pivotal leadership role—building an in-house Marketing Communications and Brand function responsible for simplifying, unifying and amplifying Red Hat’s unique messaging-voice to deliver noteworthy experiences for Red Hat customers and partners. 

Day started at Red Hat in 1999 as employee number 139, collaborating to make Red Hat a world-class software company built around open source technology. She was an integral part of the Marketing team that launched Red Hat into "the enterprise" with Red Hat Enterprise Linux in 2001, and has led the team responsible for Red Hat’s annual user conference, Red Hat Summit, since its inception in 2005. This gathering of Red Hat customers, partners, developers, and associates has become the industry's premier open source technology conference. Under Day’s leadership, Red Hat has launched many successful marketing programs like Command Line Heroes, redhat.com, Open Source Stories, Co.Lab, and more. Day also led the Marketing team for more than 20 acquisitions at Red Hat, helping to expand awareness of our portfolio as it grew and evolved.

Stefanie Chiras is Senior Vice President of Partner Ecosystem Success at Red Hat. She leads Red Hat’s global partner ecosystem engagement to foster relevance for our customers and growth for our partners. She focuses on setting the global partner strategy and establishing clear paths for partner success across the entire ecosystem. Chiras plays a critical role in articulating  the value of Red Hat’s product portfolio and defining the strategy for partnering with Red Hat for customer success. 

Chiras has held several senior product leadership positions at Red Hat, most recently as Senior Vice President of the Platforms Business Group, where she was responsible for defining, building, and executing the company’s cross-platform strategy and the products that support it.

Marshal Correia is the Managing Director for Red Hat India & South Asia. His charter is to spearhead the India team to accelerate business growth, shape market opportunities by strengthening engagement with stakeholders across industries, government and partner ecosystem.

Marshal has over 3.5 decades of leadership experience in driving large transformation projects, leading large teams across the region for sales & delivery, managing multiple verticals and P&L responsibility. 

Prior to Red Hat, he was the Managing Director at DXC Technologies India, Head Pre-sales for DXC in Asia, including Japan & China. In his other experiences he was a Vice President Enterprise Services at HPE for India and held various leadership roles in organizations such as Digital and Compaq. 

Marshal has a successful track-record of delivering growth, turnaround, strong interpersonal skills and operational/strategic acumen.

Dr. Pienaar's passion about software transforming medicine inspired him to create and architect the ChRIS (ChRIS Research Integration System) platform at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH). His academic background is electrical/electronic/biomedical engineering, with focus on software and systems in scientific computing and machine learning. 

At BCH, he is a member of the Faculty Research Council, and consults on strategy with the Innovation Digital Health Accelerator. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), as well as the Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM) and has been invited lead editor on special editions of computing in medicine. He mentors graduate level computer science courses on advanced cloud computing at Boston University and Northeastern University. He has been funded by various National Institute of Health projects and also several corporate-sponsored research efforts, as well as BCH Foundational Radiology and Technology Innovation Development awards.

Balaji Rajagopalan is a IT veteran with global experience in Banking & Financial services. Distinguished thought leader with proven strong Techno Functional experience . Unique experience in Leading IT companies (developer to Leadership role ) as well as in Bank Technology Group with Board level engagement. 

Currently working as CTO at State Bank of India.

He was the founding member of India’s Digital Infrastructure Institutions (DPI), such as the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and the Indian Financial Technology Allied Services (IFTAS). Dr. Rajendran has extensive experience in building payments and financial services institutions, products, platforms, technology, information security infrastructure, policies, and ecosystems.

As the former Chief Technology Officer of NPCI, he spearheaded the implementation of transformative systems like UPI and RuPay, revolutionizing digital payments in India. Dr. Rajendran's contributions to the National Financial Switch, Immediate Payments System (IMPS), National Automated Clearing House (NACH), and Aadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) have been instrumental in India's digital transformation. Currently, Dr.N.Rajendran is working as Chief Digital Officer at Multi Commodity Exchange of India, He has led the team to successfully migrated the complex Exchange and Clearing platform to a new Exchange and Clearing platform in a big bang approach. Prakash Shetty is the Director Enterprise Sales for Red Hat India, SAARC and CXO advocate for enterprise customers in the region. He is also part of Red Hat’s India leadership team. In his role, Prakash is responsible for helping customers in their digital transformation, leveraging on Red Hat’s open culture, processes and technology.

He has been responsible to build the BFSI vertical for India and his current role Prakash is responsible for driving strategic planning, growth initiatives, and digital transformation partnerships across Enterprises - BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Oil & Gas & Public Sectors customers.

BP Singh began his career at IBM Global Services Ltd., where he spent over 11 years, ultimately rising to the position of Executive Director. During his time at IBM, he played a crucial role in driving business strategy, overseeing large-scale technology implementations, and managing key client relationships. In 2015, he joined Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited as Executive Vice President, where he spent nearly eight years contributing to the rapid growth and success of Jio’s operations, helping to establish it as a disruptive leader in the telecom industry. Since April 2022, he has been serving as Senior Executive Vice President at Jio Platforms Ltd., leading digital transformation initiatives and driving innovation across the company’s digital ecosystem. With extensive experience in both telecom and IT, he has consistently been at the forefront of technological and business advancements throughout his career.

Ameeta is Senior Director for Solution Architecture & Adoption for Red Hat Asia Pacific and is responsible for providing Technical leadership and direction to a team of Solution and Customer Success Architects and Executives that are engaged with clients to bring the power of Open Source technologies to Enterprises . Ameeta has spent several years in the industry in client facing roles where she has helped clients architect, design, build and troubleshoot software systems. 

Mangesh Surve has held key leadership roles as emerging digital technologies have reshaped business landscapes and transformed the daily lives of consumers. 

Currently, he leads the Technology Solution Architects for India while also directing the Regional Services Team. Mangesh provides strategic guidance to vital sectors such as BFSI, Telco, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Pharma on utilizing Cloud Native and Open Source solutions for business transformation. Previously, he served as Senior Director at Oracle during its shift to Cloud; Prior to that was the leader of Information Management at IBM during a pivotal era when businesses began to recognize analytics as a fundamental driver of growth and acceleration.

Giridhar Ramaraju is Senior Director - Global Engineering at Red Hat in the Core Platforms division. Giri has a passion for building & leading teams in engineering software solutions in Open Hybrid Cloud. In his current role, Giri leads a global team to deliver reliable, scalable enterprise grade software solutions and services to RedHat's customers. 

Prior to the role in Red Hat, Giri was part of the Engineering leadership at EMC India and worked on Storage and Data Center Technologies. Giri has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a PG in Business Management from XLRI. Giri lives in Bangalore, India.

Ranganath Sadasiva is the Chief Technology Officer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, India.
Ranganath is responsible for bringing in thought leadership across HPE's Edge to Cloud businesses and delivering best-in-class technology experience for customers.
He works closely with the enterprise segments, understanding their business and technical needs, and developing HPE's point of view aligned with HPE Technology Vision.
With more than 29 years of experience in the technology industry, Ranganath is an accomplished Technologist and Management Executive across core ICT technologies working in India and Asia Pacific & Japan regions. He has done various customer-centric roles across Sales, Product development, and Consulting in these geographies. As a mentor in HPE's Digital Catalyst Program, he works towards aiding co-innovation with startups for a digital future. He is also a Mentor of change with Niti Aayog, Government of India.

Ranganath Sadasiva has a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru.

Seema Kumar leads the Azure core infrastructure solutions business for Microsoft India. In this role, she works with large enterprise customers across industries to help map out their journey to cloud and accelerate AI led transformation for their businesses. She leads a team of solution sales and technical specialists focused on Azure infrastructure specialty areas including high performance computing, SAP on Azure, hybrid cloud and large scale cloud migrations. In an earlier role at Microsoft, she led the technology team as CTO for the Global Partner Solutions organization at Microsoft India, working across diverse partner ecosystem of GSIs, services and ISVs. Anupam Arora is Consulting Services Account Specialist in Red Hat with overall 16 years of IT professional experience in Services Sales, System Architect, Integration & Customer Support Services. 

In his current Role at Red Hat, Anupam works closely with Telco & Commercial sector customers and assists them in digitally transforming and modernizing their businesses using Red Hat Open Hybrid Cloud approach.

Rajesh Singh leads the Application Modernization portfolio at AWS and helps customers to accelerate their digital transformation journey across all industry segments. He’s been in the industry for over 2.5 decades and currently based in Mumbai, India. 

Yatin Bharadwaj brings 15 years of comprehensive IT experience to his role as a Telco Subject Matter Expert for India Consulting. 

In addition to his expertise in Telco solutions such as OpenStack and OpenShift, he has developed in-depth knowledge across a range of Red Hat products, including Satellite, Ceph, OCP-V, ODF, Ansible, MTC, MTV and RHEL.

Chintamani Joshi leads the Solution Architecture team for Enterprise FSI & MFG segment at Red Hat India. In this role he works with an energetic team of solution architects to help customers in aligning Red Hat’s open-source technology with business & operational objectives to meet their organisational goals. 

He has worked with organisations TCS & IBM in multiple roles spanning pre-sales, architecture, delivery, project management & consulting to provide solutions across domains like Cloud & Cognitive, Telco Network & IT Assurance, Infrastructure Management & Enterprise IT etc. In IBM he has led technology sales of Tivoli, Watson Data & AI and Integrated Analytics Platform portfolios. Chintamani has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Design & Technology Engineering, and has close to 25 years of industry experience.

Dr. Chris Butler is Chief Architect at Red Hat’s APJ Field CTO Office, focusing on digital sovereignty and sovereign clouds. He collaborates with clients and partners on cutting-edge solutions and engages with Red Hat’s product engineering team. 

Previously, Chris led AUCloud's product strategy and technical architecture and held senior roles at IBM, including Senior Technical Staff Member and development manager for IBM Cloud services. His expertise spans IaaS, AI applications, and technology productization across industries. Chris has received numerous awards and holds a PhD from Monash University in high-performance computing for blood flow modeling.

Amol Diwanji has over 23 years of experience in Technology Evangelization, PreSales, IT Architecture and Business Development, Amol has been instrumental in driving technology adoption, complex infrastructure design and customer relationship management. As a System Engineering Leader for India & SAARC at Veeam Software, Amol is responsible for driving technology engagement, strategy and customer success across verticals for Veeam’s Modern Data Platform solutions. He also is responsible for Veeam technology evangelization across Veeam’s rich and diverse Partner and Alliances ecosystem. Prior to Veeam Amol was leading System Engineering Practice for BFSI Vertical at VMware India where he managed many large and strategic transformation projects with some of the largest FSI customers in India which included Hybrid Cloud, Workforce transformation and Application Transformation initiatives. Amol has also worked in various capacities at Oracle India, Hitachi Data Systems and Sun Microsystems. He is passionate about Quantum Computing, Big Data and Cloud Technologies. Vikas Save is a passionate tinkerer and a thorough tech-head, Vikas’ passion is evident through his words – “Nothing remains constant neither time nor technology, our biggest challenge as an organization is to give the optimal technological solutions to our customers and for our achievements to reflect that we have done so.” Vikas is heading the Technology division for VDA IT Business. His responsibilities include the strategy planning for technology, cross technology integration, business innovation using futuristic technologies and technical stream & technology alliances in complex areas with industry verticals. Vikas brings with him a rich industry and business experience along with depth of technology to VDA. His areas of expertise are process & technology integration, cloud computing as well as server and storage consolidation. He is also known to have strong expertise in Data Life Cycle Management. Prior to VDA he was not only one of the Founders but also in ESS & worked as the Director, wherein he headed the technical division and was in-charge of the third party products for the company. Samson Dmello is Seasoned Professional working as a Senior Ecosystem Solutions Architect at Red Hat, where he is responsible for building and scaling Red Hat offerings with Global System Integrators and Strategic Partners. He spearheads co-creation initiatives with partners and is the architect behind several commercially viable offerings. In his role, Samson also serves as an advisor to partners, helping them develop solutions for complex transformation pursuits. Before joining Red Hat, Samson gained extensive experience working with leading organizations such as Accenture, Wipro, DXC, HCL, Airtel, and Tata Group.
