David Rapini brings over 25 years of experience in industrial automation, currently leading Red Hat's strategy into the industrial automation space. David comes to Red Hat from Rockwell Automation where he was leading the PlantPAx product management team driving business strategy and growth initiatives for Rockwell Automation.

With a background that crosses thru most industrial verticals, David has field experience on projects ranging from ultra high-speed packaging equipment to large green field process startups. Experienced in networks, motion control, discrete and process control systems, with enterprise wide reporting and connections, he has a broad understanding of manufacturing technologies.

For the last 10+ years Dave has been filling various product management roles at Rockwell Automation with ownership of products ranging from Logix Controllers and their design tools, to HMI communications and the PlantPAx product offering. More recently David worked as the business manager for the PlantPAx offering working to drive growth through new innovative technologies in the Rockwell DCS offering.

Darren has been a leader in digital transformation for over 7 years and a catalyst for change during his 20+ years with Intel. In his current role of business and ecosystem development withing the Federal and Industrial solutions division, Darren has been key to bringing the right technologies to the right partners and customers to solve key challenges. Darren has helped many companies develop plans to bring IT type of technologies to industry considering control, data, and artificial intelligence applications. His energy is to bring technology to the industrial ecosystem that pushes the evolution of solutions that provide real benefits to those that adopt to unlock trapped value.
